可能是溶體破裂(liè)導(dǎo)致燒焦,當熔體在高速,高(gāo)壓條件下注入容積(jī)較大的型腔時,極易產生熔體破裂現象,此時,熔體表麵出現橫向斷裂,斷裂麵積為粗糙地夾雜在塑件表層形成糊斑。特別是少量熔(róng)料直接注入容易過大的型腔時,熔體破裂更(gèng)為嚴重,所呈現的糊斑也就越大。
