原因一:料溫,模溫(wēn)太低(dī)

改善對策:是提高,料管溫度和模具溫度。

原因二:噴嘴,進膠點尺(chǐ)寸太小。

(1)加工壓力過(guò)大、速度過快、充料愈多、注射、保壓時間(jiān)過長(zhǎng),都會造成內應力過大而(ér)開裂。

(2)調節開模速度與壓力防止快速強(qiáng)拉製件造成脫(tuō)模開裂。
