1)抗拉強度和屈(qū)服(fú)強度

不同類型(xíng)的模(mó)具對鍛造模具材料所要求的力學性能具體指(zhǐ)標有所側重(chóng),同時不應僅考慮室溫力(lì)學性能(néng)而忽視更重要的實際工作(zuò)溫度的性能指標;切忌追求盲目脫(tuō)離實際的全(quán)麵高指標。例如:在冷鍛變形抗力極高的難變形合金(jīn)鍛件時,當模具承受的(de)應(yīng)力超(chāo)過鍛(duàn)造模具材料在使用溫度下的抗拉強度(dù)時(shí),會(huì)導(dǎo)致(zhì)模(mó)具開裂報廢;如果模(mó)具承受的應力(lì)超過鍛造模具材料在使用溫度下(xià)的屈服強度時,則(zé)會引起模具(jù)塌陷等永久變形,導致(zhì)鍛件超差。在這種條件下,就要選擇抗拉強度和屈服強度高(gāo)的鍛造模具材料,一般,鍛(duàn)造模具材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度應大於應承受應力的30%以上。

Under this condition, forging die materials with high tensile strength and yield strength should be selected. Generally, the tensile strength of forging die materials should be greater than 30% of the stress.

由於(yú)鍛造模具材料的衝擊韌性指標的選擇與鍛造載荷(hé)性質密切相關,因此,對於鍛錘和(hé)螺旋壓力機等衝擊載荷設備(bèi)使用的模具,如果鍛造模具材料的衝擊韌性低,模具有可能發生開(kāi)裂而報廢;在這種條件下,就要選擇衝擊韌性(xìng)高的鍛造模具材料。

鑒於硬度除了與強度指標有對應關係外,還與模具的耐磨性密切相關,在衝擊韌性、斷麵收縮(suō)率和延伸率(lǜ)等指標許可條(tiáo)件下,盡可能(néng)地提高其硬(yìng)度(或耐磨性)。鍛模硬度和紅硬性是鍛模材料的重要性能,模具在高溫下工作(zuò)應能保持其形狀(zhuàng)和尺(chǐ)寸不發生變化。

眾所周(zhōu)知,同一個鍛造模具材料的(de)抗拉強度、屈服強度、硬度和斷麵(miàn)收縮率、延(yán)伸率、衝(chōng)擊韌性之間存在著相互矛盾的關係,如果(guǒ)提高前者,必須要犧牲後者,這就需要根據具體模(mó)具的實際工作(zuò)環(huán)境來選擇相應的性能匹配。
As we all know, there is a contradictory relationship between the tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, reduction of area, elongation and impact toughness of the same forging die material. If the former is improved, the latter must be sacrificed, which requires the corresponding performance matching to be selected according to the actual working environment of the specific die.
必須指出,材料(liào)的硬度在一定程度不但可以反映(yìng)強度水平,而且硬(yìng)度和耐磨性有著(zhe)甘種對應關係,一般硬度(dù)高的材料,其耐磨性也好,因(yīn)此,許多鍛造模具材料通常隻簡單地規(guī)定對硬度的要求。

鍛造模具材(cái)料的疲勞性能包括機械(xiè)疲勞和冷熱疲勞(láo)兩種。熱(rè)作模具長期(qī)在(zài)高機(jī)械載荷至零機械載荷(hé)及200℃~600℃溫度區間交替(tì)循環,這兩種脈衝的加載(zǎi)和卸載所造成應力的疊加,久而久之,模膛(táng)表麵會(huì)萌生出微裂紋;微裂紋進一步發展就會加速模具磨(mó)損、產生碎塊,從而導致模具失(shī)效(xiào),所以要求鍛造模(mó)具材料應該具有良好的抗機械疲勞和抗冷熱疲勞性能。
